Who's off work due to the snow?

I am! School's closed and I am buzzing!

Going to spend the day with my little boy and watch the cricket on tv.

Me. Not a hope in hell of getting to work today. tried ringing in but no-one answers

Rumour there may be a chance of school shutting down tom? I reckon it won't though but depends who teacharous the roads get down here.

I would just like to add that there's not a hope in he'll of me getting there anyway. I wouldn't even get off the estate!

bas***ds. Its like a blizzard here too but unfortunatly the roads arent too bad so i managed to get in.
All i can hope for is that my boss doesnt make it in so i can have an easy day.

attempted to go to work today. Left at 7:15 to pick up materials (5min away) picked up 8:15 took me an hour to get home ( no chance) was supposed to be working in Blackpool?

Dunno what it's like where you are Mark, but Blackpool is apparently worse than here (Preston) so I'd give it a miss.

I live in Blackpool and its hurendous - wish i was at home.
