Thanks James,Chris and Smalls. To be honest it's the lads on here that have inspired me to compete again in strongman, Boar, Chris, Smalls, Mark Clegg, JC James etc. James is an excellent humble 90kg champion that will beast 105kg!!!

I plan to get bigger, a good big one will always beat a good little one. As long as I keep improving I will be happy. To be honest down the yard we have a good bunch of lads training together now. Simon T really deserved his win, he quietly went about his training and put the effort in for today. True champion and humble with it, this has really inspired me to get stronger and faster.

What ever decision you make, I know you'll do well but selfishly I'd love to see you pack up to 105kg ..

Well done to the other guys, Of course taking nothing away from them they earnt their place and I'm glad Wales is going to be properly represented this year ..

965.0 kgs @ 90kgs Eq		Sled well and truly bummed me at the start. I was 90kg so no brainer for me I was going to struggle with that bugger mate ha ha. I just need to be faster on everything and place a litle higher all over. I got time to grow in to the 105's and will appreciate that I need to be near that limit next time I compete. Could be worth me taking a few trips down OSG and dropping the 4 other sports I train during the week. I did a lot of judo before this comp and it's just so different to strongman.

Well I wouldn't just drop all the other sports mate .. Afterall you enjoy them too ..

Powerlifting and Strongman can go together .. Judo I suppose you need to be light and I've told you before what I thought of the porn stuff you do ! It pays the bills BUT at what cost ?

Just take a few weeks and think . You are a talent and could be at the top of them all ..

I'm sure you'll be back better than ever next time Chris but would be a shame to not have you on the 90k circuit!
