Weird injury specialist - now with funny groin Member 283, 1648 posts	Just got back from Allendale.Tough comp today managed to get 6th place in the end.Didnt manage to win an event but got to pull a bus which was a f***ing killer.Need to get fitter,simple.

What, you mean if you had a fitter he could have repaired the bus and you wouldn't've had to pull it? Should've taken Wayne with you. Joking aside, great work big fellow. Definitely getting there. Weird injury specialist - now with funny groin Member 283, 1648 posts	Thanks Martin and Pete,I must add 3 or 4 did drop out leaving either 14 or 16 competitors.Wayne Catt,daughter Tara,Kelly and pops came to cheer me on.Wayne and Kelly even helped out by sitting in the 4by4!! I was pleased overall though,made afew mistakes,got a lot of work to do though.Im not sure of points tally but I think it was quite close between my 6th place and 4th spot which was the last qualifying position.Ill check on that once the results come on.Shawn Kenny got 4th,he put in a good performance today.

Weird injury specialist - now with funny groin Member 283, 1648 posts	Thanks Andy,BSM Final 2009 would be amazing but Ive a s**t load of work to do to achieve that goal.The pool of talent in the sport seems very deep.But I suppose the polished performances come from years of practice and experience.The overhead work with you and the Adlington lads is paying off.Got 2 reps on the 125 log,not great but I couldnt manage a rep on 120 6-7 weeks back.Overall Im happy with the progress.

I know what you mean about the karoke,it was arse wipeingly bad.Superb place and atmosphere though.Thank for the encouragement Ste.Not so sure about that bus pull though,found that extremely tough.
