9/11/10 BIG BACK DAY DID PUL DOWNS THEN LAT PULLS DUMBELL ROWS WITH 150LBS THEN DEADLIFTS STARTED WITH 120K , THEN 160K , THEN 220K 5 REPS THEN 240K X 5 REPS THEN DOWN TO 230K FOR 5 REPS ALL DON UNEQUIPPED HOPE TO WORK UPTO 5 X 250K NEXT WEEK | |||

2nd november legs did some unequipped squats whwnt to 2 x 210k was easy then put suit on did 2 x 265k and 1x 280k all lifts was nice and easy. | |||

1st nov bench and back did some equipped bench managed 150k x 3 reps with a 2 inch block and a loose shirt on hope to beable to aford a new shirt which fits fo the british in feb then did some lat pull downs and dummbell rows with 150lbs then decided to do some deadlifts did 5 x 220k 2 sets then 5 x 230k 2 sets hoping to keep putting 10k on each week up to thre north west. | |||

15 october LEGS AND BACK TRAINING- PUT SUIT ON TODAY DID 2 X 265K WITH STRAPS DOWN REALY EASY THEN WHENT TO 280K WITH STAPS UP DID 2 REPS FELT REALY GOOD THEN DECIDED TO DO SOME UNEQUIPPED DEADLIFTS MANAGED 290K X 2 REPS WAS PLEASED WITH THIS. HOPE TO PULL 320K WITH SUIT ON. | |||

4/9/10 BACK DAY DEADLIFTS STARTED NICE AND LIGHT WITH 120K THEN DECIDED TO TRY THE TITAN ON STARTRED WITH 295K EASY THEN 305K AND THEN 320K BUT LOST IT HALF WAY UP. THEN DECIDED TO DO SOME CLEAN A JURK 100K X 3 REPS. |
