Featuring Big T and Bodybuilding Mike. Power jerks from rack tons x bar 5x40 5x60 5x80 1x90 1x100 1x105 1x110 - easy? so glad about the 110 and how it felt. I think i can safely revise my overhead goals... rack pulls, tad under knee height 5x60 5x110 3x160 2x200 1x240 fx280 - greedy 5x260 - solid front squats 5x60 5x100 5x130 machine shoulder press - few sets machine rows - couple sets Now off for a week, cardio and HILL SPRINTS planned. (or at least will talk about doing hill sprints) | ||

Working two jobs (my main relaxing one, and then the finnish online shop) and putting in the hours for training. Sleeping has been minimal, lucky if 6 hours/night, so i am really looking forward to kicking back and spending some time outdoors | ||
