aye guys, f**king progress! I'll take it.

250 need to be nailed... hmmm... cant put a date on it. Might go Tony style just heavy singles and inch it up week by week, or just alternate platform pulls and pulls off the floor.

Gut instint is within 2 months.

But what do i know.

not sure mate, but started thinking that i should be aiming to get to my old pb of 130. Just a while back i thought i will get nowhere near and was a bit defeatist about overhead...

hehe usually that would be true mate, but past few weeks have been MENTAL. Working two jobs (my main relaxing one, and then the finnish online shop) and putting in the hours for training.

Sleeping has been minimal, lucky if 6 hours/night, so i am really looking forward to kicking back and spending some time outdoors Cool
