roughly the same. its not what I do as much as having to peak for a contest. if I have the option to take my foot off the pedal I dont think ill get into as much trouble.

that is if I cant find another competitive outlet. nothing really gets me excited like strongman though.

might drop some more bodyweight.

I very nearly injured my lower back pulling on a bed cover a couple of days ago! It's ridiculous.

Yes, strongman is a great sport.

yoke is one of the better events as its upright. its the pickups which get me. really the only high risk thing is heavy deads. other stuff just makes it worse after deads have done the damage.

yeah. snatching at the weekend really loosened everything up. going to keep pulling but just well within my limits. see how that goes.
