Thanks Dom, yeah its not too light, tbh it was more like cardio lol. Just hope I can press that bloody keg in the comp.

Haha, I think I'm peaking at the right time, only got a few more sessions so making the most of them.
Doing the comp forced me to go back to conventional because sumo was not allowed. So started lifting conventional on 15" deadlift and then about 6 weeks ago started at around 120kg from the floor and just built it back up. Its not been that difficult tbh, sumo started to piss me off because locking out weights was a lot harder. The only reason I did sumo is because I injured my back a while ago and was only way I could lift heavy from the floor.
and you will be happy to know, Adam is coming!

Deadlift:
barx15,10, 60kgx5,5, 100kgx3, 140kgx2, 170kgx2, 190kgx3 (PB!!!)
- so easy, just sticking to required reps.
15" Deadlift:
100kgx2,5, 140kgx1 (DOH), 180kgx5,5 (straps)
- getting 5 on 180kg is so easy now, remember when I struggled getting 2 a few months ago. Today was just working on consistent reps and holding them at lock out so its an allowed rep.
Clean and Press:
barx3c,3p, 40kgx3c,3p, 50kgx3c,3p, 60kgx3c3p, 70kgx3c,3p, 80kgx3c,3p (PB!!!)
- 80kg was good, its just a shame I'm a mong and can't clean properly. 1st clean was perfect, 2nd missed it, 3rd got it but caught my knee, 4th same as 3rd and 5th nearly turned into a belt clean with no belt :/. Pressing was good and the bar sat nicely after the clean.
Face pulls:
20,20,20
Biceps:
15,15,15
Happy getting 2 pbs and feeling more is there. Clean and press was a good confidence booster a week out from the comp and hardly no elbow pain.

Belt on: 130kgx3, 155kgx3 (PB!)
- 155kg was a bit of a cheat pb considering I have doubled 165kg before but still a pb. Was not hard either but left it there for today. Hit the required number.
Bench: (similar grip to OH pressing)
barx5, 60kgx5, 80kgx5, 90kgx5, 100kgx5 (PB!!)
- keep getting the line wrong on bench and was happy to get the 5 on 100kg. 3rd rep was s**t.
Strict Pendlay rows:
70kgx8, 90kgx8 (PB)
Power rows:
100kgx8, 120kgx5, 100kgx8,8
Good session, everything feels nice and feeling ready for the comp. 1 more session on Wednesday and that should be it. Also getting a keg today, better late than never, so will probably try that out a few times.

Haha, you are one too talk with a 250kg deadlift pb from yesterday!! . I just follow what brownbear tells me and it has worked.
Cheers Dom. I am so tempted to set a deadlift pb, I know 205kg+ will be there but going to start a proper dl routine after comp.
Also, my brother will be doing the comp now for a bit of fun! (think a lot of ppl have dropped out). Don't think he has done any events training but is stronger than me so he should be able to do ok.
