that sounds like a good plan, i cud do with a properly structured plan for deadlifts n a coach but im just winging it for now haha

Weekend training:

1x sitting down on the floor for 2 hours

- lower back f**ked

1x moving an american fridge freezer with dad and bro (approx 20m - moving old one out and putting new one in)

- not too bad, awkward to get a grip.

Hope this does not affect my session on Monday.

Felt a bit lazy today Wink

15 inch deadlifts:

60kgx5,5,5, 100kgx3,3, 140kgx5

180kgx8 - (rep PB) reps did not flow but got the reps
180kgx8 - same
180kgx8 - better, solid set.
180kgx8 - this one felt good, reps consistent and probably more there.

190kgx1 - easy
200kgx1 - easy
210kgx1 - easy
220kgx1 - (PB) there you go Dom, set you a target Wink

Speed deadlifts (conventional from floor):

100kgx2
125kgx2,2,2,2,2,2,2,2

- nice and fast, only last set was a bit slower. 5kg increase from last time and felt easier. Way faster than sumo with same weight.

Front Squats:

barx5, 60kgx5

85kgx5
85kgx5
85kgx5
85kgx5
85kgx5

- every set was nice and reps were good. 5kg increase compared to last time.

Reverse hypers:

bwx15
bw+40kgx15,15,15

Abs:

bwx15,15,15

I managed to spend 4 hours in the gym today, f**k knows how. I suppose I waited ages to do abs at the end and decided to watch VG deadlift at the end of my session but still. Good session overall.

nice going mate 4 sets of 8 @ 180 must carry over to a s**t load of reps for 1 set. doubt il hit a 220 pull from any height tbh.

Push press:

85kgx2 (=pb i think)
90kgx1 (=pb but much easier than before)

- 2nd rep on 90kg was probably there if 1st rep was a bit faster. But very happy with pressing today, heavy doubles/triples is what I will work on now.

Incline bench (paused+CG):

barx10

60kgx5
70kgx5
75kgx5
75kgx5
75kgx5

- felt good, I think these really help my OH pressing.

Chin ups: bw and paused at bottom

5x5

Seated press (no back support):

barx8
40kgx8
40kgx8

- weight seems low but these were really hard.

Good session, although I only equalled pbs, they felt a lot easier compared to when I got them previously. Also good to get back to heavy OH pressing.
