strong sessions lately m8, nice push press too. was the 90 from floor or from rack?

From the rack, the most i have cleaned and pressed before is 80kg but feel there is more there.

iv done 85 from floor, 90 from rack but just cant seem to do 90 from floor.

Yeah, i might try 85 when I am back at my normal gym but atm just clean and press for reps. Think its just getting the technique because mine is s**t tbh.

Squats:
barxloads, 60kgx8,8, 100kgx2, 120kgx1, 130kgx5, 135kgx5 (rep PB)

15" deadlifts:
60kgx5, 100kgx5, 140kgx3,3, 180kgx8 (PB)
- decided just to go for it, back felt good through out Happy.

Barbell rows (underhand grip):
60kgx10, 80kgx10,10

Grip work/farmers pick up: all held for 10 seconds
100kg, 140kg, 180kg, 220kg

Very happy with this session.

Cheers mate. I think you should find them easy based on your normal deadlift.

Haha Dom. I think this will be very close on competition day, I think everyone will get a decent amount of reps.

27/12/11:

Strict press:
barx10, 40kgx5, 50kgx5, 60kgx3, 70kgx2,2 (rep pb), 60kgx6,6 (rep pb)

Squats:
felt s**t to start with, spent ages pissing around with 60kg, 100kg getting warmed up.
100kgx3, 120kgx1, 140kgx3,3 (rep pb)

- look a little high to me.

Bench: (CG)
60kgx5, 80kgx1, 100kgx1, 120kgxf, 100kgx8,8 (+ thor ballista), 80kgx5 (paused)
- felt like using thor ballista, decent. I hate bench but aslong as OH pressing is progressing I don't care.
