Good mornings with bar.

15" deadlifts:
60kgx10, 100kgx5, 120kgx3, 140kgx2, 160kgx8, 170kgx5
- In next month, 180kgx5 is the target.

Squats:
barx5, 60kgx5, 80kgx3, 100kgx2, 110kgx8,10
- Starting a new routine with squats now. Need to sort out tekkers so when it gets heavy every rep is not a grinder.

Decent enough session.

Yes, squats after deadlifts. I knew squats would be light and high rep so thats why I did them second. Also, didn't do 15" last week so wanted something decent on them.

18/12/11:

Bench (CG+paused):
barx10, 60x5,5, 90kgx5,5,5,5,5, 95kgx3,3 (due to not doing strict press).

Squats:
bar, 60kgx8, 105kgx8, 115kgx6, 125kgx5
- going to start squatting atleast twice a week and see how that goes. Next session will be either 125/130kg for 5,5. Squats felt very good today and no knee pain!

Chin ups:
bwx5,5,5,5,5
- each rep paused at bottom.

No strict press, will do it next session. Rack wasn't free and was pushed for time.

True, tbh I was being lazy. It will get done though, I considered clean and press but thought i will just do it 2m. Sorry Adam

You are forgiven, dont do it tomorrow, just wait till next time it comes round, if you do it tomorrow it will get in the way of your push press session. Just make sure you dont do so much lying on your back next time and more standing up

Squats:
barx5,5, 60kgx5, 100kgx2, 125kgx5, 130kgx5 (rep PB)

Deadlift:
60kgx5, 100kgx2, 140kgx1 (slow :/), 180kgx1, 195kgx1 (PB), 200kgxf
-yes should have just gone for 200kg first but deadlifts felt s**t, surprised got 195kg (was hitched at top). Still happy with the pb.

Barbell rows:
60kgx8, 85kgx8,8,8
