warm up, put on thor ballista (slingshot thing), 100kgx1, 120kgx1, 130kgxf,f, 110kgx5
Took it off, 100kgx3
Overall decent, need more practice with the thor ballista and hopefully get 140kg soon.
Box squats: with blue bands
5x2 on 80kg.
Sumo deadlift: speed
70kgx2, 80kgx2, 90kgx2, 100kgx2, 110kgx2
Shrugs:
5x10 on 100kg
Bench:

- Long time since I have lifted 4 plates (10-12 months), so was happy to get it done! Over 200kg before new year is looking good.
Incline bench:
60kg x 5, 80kg x 3, 90kg x 1, 100kg x 1 (PB!!), (put on thor ballista) 105kg x 1
Squat:
70kg x 3, 100kg x 1, 120kg x 1, 140kg x 1, 155kg x 1 (PB!!!)
Chin ups:
bw x 12,10
Everything looking good, hitting PBs and wrist is feeling ok

Push press:

- Very s**t, wrist felt bad on 70kg and even missed a rep on that set. Need to do a lot more overhead pressing.

60kgx3, 80kgx3, 100kgx1, 110kgx1, 122.5kgxf (got a back squat pb yesterday, so not that bothered about this).
Bench:

s**t session in comparison to recent ones, ftoh is something i really need to improve on and pressing in general.

- bit of miscommunication with brownbear, was supposed to do 5 sets of 3 reps but did 5 reps on my first and then the 3 after felt very hard, left it there. Very happy with 125kgx5 though!!
Strict press:
barx5, 30kgx5, 40kgx5, 50kgx5, 55kgx5, 60kgx5, 65kgx2
- needed to be done even if my wrist hurts. Was happy with this, 60kgx5 is a solid number to work on.
Sumo deadlift:
60kgx5,5, 100kgx2, 120kgx2, 150kgx3, 100kgx3,3,3,3,3,3,3 (speed)
-a heavy 3 rep set followed by fast sets on 100kg. Getting the volume in.

barx5, 60kgx5, 80kgx5, 100kgx3, 125kgx5 (PB), 125kgx3

Push press (from floor):
40kgx3, 60kgx3, 70kgx1 (PB), 75kgxf (70kg was easy today)
Push press (from rack):
75kgx2, 80kgx2 (rep PB), 85kgxf, 70kgx5 ( missing the 85 was annoying but otherwise was a big improvement over last time)
Bench:

- squats felt good today but the 160kg went very badly, bar slipped on way up towards my neck but still got the rep. Next time chalk on back and a proper t-shirt!! Was supposed to do reps on 145kg after but was in no state to do them, got 1 and knew i was not going to get any more.
Speed sumo deadlift:
60kgx5, 80kgx3, 100kgx2,2,2
15" deadlift:
120kgx5, 140kgx5,5,5 (already looking forward to these in the comp , felt very easy and technique was good)
Barbell rows:
