How are you finding Sheiko training?

This looks like it's going to build a great base for you to taper up from! How many blocks you running?

Finding it good mate, you know me I struggle to stick to a programme but I am enjoying this. Upper body seems bigger with all the pressing and I have zero pain.

Advanced cycle,medium load

Prep cycle 1 was 4 weeks
Prep cycle 2 is 5 weeks
Prep cycle 3 is 5 weeks
Comp cycle is 5 weeks

All based on 4 days a week

Planning to compete feb 14th so will be lifting mid cycle but its no big deal, plan is qualify for the classic then have 2 months to try and get some muscle then Run the sheiko heavy load cycle up to the classic

Sounds good mate, the frequency and lower weights definitely helped me keep everything pain free too. Be god to see what you put up in Feb, I'm hoping to be lifting there.

Only went to the gym to collect some bits but a few of the lads were trying for pb's tonight so I had a bit of muck around

245kg squat easy enough but felt pretty tired from squats yesterday

192.5kg bench tng,again easy enough considering this is my 4th day in a row benching
