Upper body seems bigger with all the pressing and I have zero pain. Advanced cycle,medium load Prep cycle 1 was 4 weeks Prep cycle 2 is 5 weeks Prep cycle 3 is 5 weeks Comp cycle is 5 weeks All based on 4 days a week Planning to compete feb 14th so will be lifting mid cycle but its no big deal, plan is qualify for the classic then have 2 months to try and get some muscle then Run the sheiko heavy load cycle up to the classic | ||

Be god to see what you put up in Feb, I'm hoping to be lifting there. | ||
