Trying to get used benching in a shirt, forcing the touch with 200/210 is throwing me out a little so just going to add 5kg a week and try find a weight I cant touch with comfortably and also press then take it from there.

Still not great, had a hip x ray and have a small hairline fracture which may be linked to the pain.

Start physio on the 2nd of November so I will stick to it this time and see how I go.

Milsy let me use one, to be fair I need to buy it off him I think.

It's a 52 so no doubt you have used it as well?

It looks like an old injury so may explain why I have been in pain for some time.

No - would be too big for me. I've a nearly new 50 that's pretty loose - can touch 180!! Lifting in a 48 at the moment. Grin Grin

your shirted bench is improving. it looks technically very challenging to master watching you all up close, with any slight deviation to line leading to a miss.
