Clients are making gainz and doing well.

Actually just put a 25% offer on recently so it's £180 for 3 months, £270 for 6 months and £450 for 12 months if anyone's interested.

Bit of an update. Both good bit stronger, Becca is becoming a mega beast, I don't see anyone beating her anymore barring technical f**k ups but will be doing everything possible to avoid that. Still lots of improvement to be made. Were most likely doing body power, Becca's doing wales right after, were doing a grip record breakers day prior to those. Northerns is a maybe for me now its been moved forward (again!).

As a grip expert you seem to be the man to ask when reading up on captains of crush it says once you can manage 10-12 reps move to the next level would that mean move from a 1 onto a 2 or would that be get the 1.5?

As you might be able to tell from the loading pin and belt squat deads I'm purely focusing on bodypower an not doing the UK's qualifier. We both want the ssb sponsorship an with England's being the same day as bodypower the choice was basically made for me. Think this is a good one for Becca to do not just for the sponsorship but also lot of people there, similar setup to Arnold Europe's which will be the next big comp (to get her pro card), good practice to try settle the nerves. She's had a bit of an issue with tennis elbow, just woke up one day an couldn't straighten her arm, no warning signs or pain on anything before it so weird but were working on it, hopefully she can be back to normal training next week (its improving). Me I'm feeling pretty good, getting back into the swing of things with strongman / heavy lifting again, coming on week to week. Need to brush up on my yoke technique an stuff like that but im on it. I'm only 153kg right now and should be much bigger and stronger on the day so fingers crossed I'll have no bad events just need to take it steady and keep my body in one piece. At least im not having to rush like f**k as I did for northerns last year.

It's all over depending on what's cheaper for what, whats better quality etc were on the vertical diet for the most part now. Been getting 10kg bags of rice from lidl recently and also a good bit of meat from there as can often get it reduced at 30% off so more cost effective and its not been frozen.

is the vertical diet where you eat just rice and mince meat? So you also have stock cubes and/or gravy with it?

Oh forget to say, something else that went into the decision to do bodypower was also that some f**k came into our house an stole my bloody gym bag so the £650 SBD packages would be helpful. Don't have any elbow or knee sleeves now, having to use some really harsh wrist wraps, got no mouth piece etc luckily they didn't realise the belt next to the bag cost £160 an left that.
