If Cancellara and Martin had both been fit it could have been tense, but as it was it was straightforward. One second per kilometre faster than Martin is very rapid. Another good ride by Froome as well. He never looks like he is actually comfortable, but he just eats the miles up. | ||

I managed to get 500m from both the womens and mens finish lines (with only a minor bit of trespassing...) and Wiggins wasnt far off knocking my camera out of my hand! The atmosphere in Hampton after was amazing, it was like a street party. It properly dawned on my yesterday the crazy logistics of running the Olympics. Even just the time trials was a huge effort. Now to the track! | ||

Now to the track! Sounds like it was brilliant and it certainly looked it. Excellent work on the trespassing, it needed to be done. Really looking forward to the track as well. I got tickets to the London Prepares event at the velodrome and it is a stunning venue. If (when) we take gold the place will be rocking. | ||
