Normaly do overhead tri extensions mate.

Not used yet as not deadlifted. Probably don't need to as will only be doing upto 180 kg for 5

All with a slight pause

80x5 last tow felt hard

90x1 nearly binned it

DB Row each hand

DB over head each hand

45x3 nearly dropped it on my head so ledt it.
Over head felt weak today

Got back from honeymoon lastnight and i'm s**tting through the eye of a needle so no training today. Hope i'm feeling better tomorrow
