Good few workouts there mate, you're doing the yorkshire's right? If so that 50kg db is looking good especially getting it going on the left hand, which I'm pretty sure I haven't done yet

Cheers mate. Yeah i'm in for yorkshires. Overhead seems to be going pretty well in general at the moment and i'm hopping to be repping that 50 for 5 in both hands by comp time
