My protein erm protein

Has anyone used this before for som added protien In your diet and if so how did you get on, it's just it's less then some top brand stuff but at half the size. I'm using myofusion at the mo it's good and taste good but man it's expensive

I know there different types of pro but I get better gains from weigh lol

i got a 5kg bag of the unflavoured, it was really good, mixes easily tastes ok on its own.......just a bit boring or you can add milkshake flavour to it, i will deffo buy it again

get the true whey from there, it is really nice .... choc orange tastes lush x

Protein is protein or rather the same type of product will be the same regaredless of company of shiny package. So if you want a WPC just get it as cheap as you can from a reputable company. Which myprotein is.

I always get the 5kg bag of unflavoured, I put bit of nesquik in if I'm having a shake and actually put a scoop in my scrambled eggs this morning. It's good, and cheap.

before extreme nutrition sent me some products i allways used my protein. quite a few top british bodybuilders are sponsered by them. cheap, quick delivery and decent quality.

whey protein is basically what it says on the tin so u will find very little difference between any companies whey protein, apart from price of course

It wasn't too bad actually, made it a little drier but the brown sauce sorted that out. It's good in a bit of oatmeal as well.

Well I'm sold getting some on order this weekend, I'm getting the 5kg one last 5kg tub I had it lasted me about 6 weeks so it should last the same ish, thanks guys I will prob get the flavourless one and add it to milk and honey,

Glad youve posted this, ive just stopped using myofusion coz of how much it was costing me ! Ive just registerd and im ordering the 5kg benanna cheers

Yeah good call on the oatmeal, I often have it with that too.

I'd go for one of their milk/egg/whey blends rather than pure whey... Giving up straight whey did good things for me.

i stopped using myprotein (always post this lol)... due to poor delivery times and awful customer service. i now am on my third order with forum sponsor bb warehouse with no problemos so far.
the product is obviously the same, if its a decent company then whey is whey
