Lower test day after the 4 weeks

Front squat
bar x 3 x 4
45kg x 3 felt hard
65kg x 2
85kg x 1 HARD
105kg x 3 pissed it for the weight it was, this was my 1 rep PB 4 weeks ago!

5 sec pause technique
45kg x 1 x 5


Power Cleans from blocks
40kg x 3 x 3
50kg x 3 x 6
was going to do full clean from the blocks but started focussing on the triple ext and couldnt get the dropping under together

Pullups, wide neutral grip

i would imagine you would get a lot more carryover from raw to equipped than the other way around

i hope so or the last 7 weeks of training would be useless

however i think it may take a few weeks to get back into the groove of wide stance squatting
