Front squats, tried to keep to perfect form, surprised at how low i had to stay to do this
3 work sets (100kg x 6 x 3)
1 drop set (100kg x 6, 80kg x 6, 60kg x 6)

Leg press
worked up to a heavy set THEN did a drop set from that weight

Single leg leg extension, flexing hard at top
2 rest pause sets

Seated leg curl

Shoulder machine side raise (liked the look of this, dont have one at my normal gym, turned out to be really good)

Training at uni gym for my propper session today: bench was s**t and had a bar that was far to rotate-y

120kg x 3, 100kg x 5, 80kg x 5, 60kg x 8
