Good idea, you don't want to complicate things with 80kg on the bar. Could get dangerous.

Don't let the sets of 6 leg raises, and extensions with a light band fool you. This man was all sweat and blood in the gym today.

legs were feeling sore from the rugby training last night which really got pushed hard SO skipped the fasted cardio and ham work today AND decided to up my carbs last night and today to try and recover
