Deadlift:

232.5 kg for 10 singles. 9 with straps, 1 hook grip

Getting better at hamstring engagement off the floor

Easy. Didn't use a spotter for first 5 sets and the ones with a spotter flew

Sets 1,3 and 4 not quite as good as Monday but not far off. Set 2 was the worst, I think I got too "confident" and expected to breeze the set, therefore lost tightness etc
