Thanks yeah am happy with my progess on the front squat, need to get my elbows up abit more thou. No I haven't, it would take to long to learn them effectively and would take away from my power lifts. If I had a oly coach that wanted to teach me then I would try them.

Quick session today. Happy with the deadlifting I haven't hit a PB on the sumo deadlift in 2 years so hopfully I can keep it up and pull somthing decent at my next comp. The squats were easy mainly working on my postioning.
