Cheers John, Robbo and TrapNow i begin four and half week preparation for WPC-Deadlift Finland's champion comp...WPC-raw deadlift WR is 350kg and European record is 345kg in 110kg class. I want one of those myself
In single lift comp's i cant try break any powerlifting records...

Insane pump in lower back so 10-15min lause and then...
SLDL 12cm block:
2*3*100
2*3*140
3*170
3*200
3*220
Abs....
Squat's went ok, i did not expect anything special about dead's cos my back was f**ked up...But still lift's feel comfortable and fast

This week was the busiest during the summer in my job, so i have not had the time to work out. Now in Finland we have midsummer party so I'm going to hit the bottle to two days

Now that's the sort of training I like, max liver damage, max alcohol posoining, and arrest for reps!!!! Good stuff you big chocolate starfish
