Now i begin four and half week preparation for WPC-Deadlift Finland's champion comp...WPC-raw deadlift WR is 350kg and European record is 345kg in 110kg class. I want one of those myself Angry


In single lift comp's i cant try break any powerlifting records...

A couple of days at home with the dogs and boy when my wife was in one surgery and she have to spend few nights in hospital...To be a full time home dad is a tough work...Not for me TBHEek

Warm up's with stick&bar

Insane pump in lower back so 10-15min lause and then...

SLDL 12cm block:
2*3*100
2*3*140
3*170
3*200
3*220

Abs....

Squat's went ok, i did not expect anything special about dead's cos my back was f**ked up...But still lift's feel comfortable and fast

This week was the busiest during the summer in my job, so i have not had the time to work out. Now in Finland we have midsummer party so I'm going to hit the bottle to two daysCool

Back to gym next monday...
