Cheers CHESTER...Indeed, this is a great place to workout, the only minus is that the closest stones and yoke are 100 km away from here...

Cheers big fella...I am able to sign you to your writing about good grip, but still i'm a short fingered cu*t Happy and if there's (any competition) a fat handless farmers, it's means troubles to me.

same problem mate, very big fat hands but very short and stubby !!

Cheers mate...i born in Pori and half year ago i moved in Aura (country side near of Turku) with my fiance and baby boy (8 weeks old) We had a plan to stay longer in Aura, but we found cheap rent house in Lieto and we will be there couple of weeks...

Hmm i think that frontsquat serving better for walks than back squat...Usually I try to differentiating my training, so that if theres not raw-powerlifting competition anytime soon, so then i made more front squat.

I'm just a midling over head presser, so i have to try different ways to increase my OH press powers, im not sure is that best way( i have done strike pressing only few months...
