Cheers rich, I pulled out of st Ives I'm on holiday in lakes all that week so the diet will be out the window! Lol I should be going down to watch though.
I'm happy with progress at the minute and I can feel that a big change is set to come on my deads pulled 3 times at max this week and felt great, back feels brilliant and finally feel like I'm using all the right muscles, and I have had no back acme or back pumps at all which I can't believe, feel so happy about it and it's taking the fear factor out of deads now which was half the battle, big things to come

Cheers mate was happy with yesterday looking back at it need to back the weights off and up the reps to at least 3 though lol singles are no good as we know!!

shoulder press 10x20 2x40 felt alright most of pain is in front delt area from racking bar

260x1 10kg up on last week and came up fast when broke the deck, just wasnt happy woth starting position

Not overly happy with shoulder pain but hoping to rest it til its better, back felt alright today but not great just a little hungry and grumpy lol more BB stuff and abs tomorrow
