Doing the minimum would be a bit gay! But yes your right there is a huge fascination with US special forces. Cant beat the british lads! Just saw the article and thought id try it as i stumbled accross it. | ||

I just think that the standards for what they term as "Elite" forces is a bit soft. When i was a bit younger and fitter i'd normaly hit 70 plus press ups and sit ups with time to spare and then run 1 1/2 mile in mid 8 mins. Not that a i can get close to that time now | ||
