Thanks for the kind words mate, as for competing I hardly set the world alight haha

I dont know about organinsing and that gonna see where i end up this year, who knows, I only work part time at the gym and if I start this new job soon I dont know what time and energy i will have left to put back into the sport, I think the lads who juggle running comps, competing, training and family life are saints as id end up hanging myself lol

I might just need a lot longer break than what ive had, who knows, but I was really excitied about getting back training and today came and my heart wasnt in it, I'll still be doing log and other s**t just not for competitions just for fun, which is what it should be and it isnt at the minute sadly Unhappy

Massive love from boarman, in 2008 I had a year of fitness and I really enjoyed being in good shape, although I did miss being 'hunky' however, I'm happy to return to that place , for me it's because I'm knocking on and need to get healthy , best of luck my love.

thnaks very much Mr Boar Happy im the same im 30 this year and ive always been fat and out of shape, strongman was just an excuse to ignore this fact as i could be pretty strong instead but its not the best way to deal with a problem, so i'll try get in shape and make a positive change im sure the leaner look will suit me more and being fit will be nice.

p.s your still hunky!! what you on about Happy

p.p.s ive just pulled the rower next to my office so I can get a few miles done on it tonight, got Harry potter book on the ipod so here I go lol

When you start your other training, make sure to set yourself goals so you have something to concentrate on as opposed to flopping about
