a large fingered spastic that demolishes plant Member 89, 31706 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 290770.0 kgs @ 142kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 09.11.2010 @ 10:35 AM by Thing Since its almost the end for 2009, i think its time to stick down some Goals for 2010 be it getting through injury, or nailing a international comp. or just getting some more poundage on the bar. so I'll start off with what i hope to achieve by the end of 2010. 1) Do a bench only Comp Raw and Equipped 2) sort out this back issue 3) Front squat 200 for a triple 4) Get the farmers up to 160 5) get the yoke upto 350+ 6) nail SSM2 7) Deadlift i miss it so much 8) get some Tech help with the power Cleans 9) learn how to Jerk i'm not Putting down specific numbers in lifts as i just dont know what this f**king back is going to do. so i will just do what i can from above lets have a look at what i have done so far this year. 1) not achieved 2011 maybe 2)hopefully will be sorted early 2011 3)no where near but a good goal to aim for 4)farmers upto 130 now could get a 140+ by the end of the year maybe 5)had the yoke up to 300 so far and i think 310 320 is there by the end of the year 6)had a great time meeting all the guys at OSG just wish i was fully fit to do myself some justice in a better showing 7)managed to get deadlifting again and slowly making my way up to 200 again 8)working at it sporadically needs more effore put in 9)jerks are going well so so far this year its not to bad in what i was aiming for whats everyone else doing compared to what they posted here? | ||

Deadlift 280kg Squat 250kg Bench 150kg (Not high on my priorities) Log Press 130kg Stones 150kg+ Comps Do as many U105 comps without killing myself These maybe pipe dreams but im hoping that if i can progress as well as i did this year then i maybe close. Then in 2011 im going to have a proper crack at qualifying in U105s. | ||
