For me, after looking at what i put for this year,

•330kg Suited Deadlift- will get this after ortmayer

•340kg Suited Squat- would of did this easily if i kept using suit, hit 320k 3rd session in the suit

•160kg Jerk From Rack- should get this before xmas, 170k for before arnolds

•150kg Axle and Log- axle done, log is there soon if i use a proper log

•220kg Front Squat- probably pretty close

Now I think my goals need to be more rep based, but I also want some big numbers:

  • 140kg for 5 push press
  • 160kg for 5 jerk
  • 300kg for 5 suited deadlift
  • 260kg for 5 wrapped squat
  • 155kg log
  • 350kg suited dead, 330kg belt only

300 for 5 would be insane. but its 86% of ur target 1RM. Will be very tough.

Wow, impressive if you can acheive these! Overhead squat, I'd be lucky to get 20kg lol.
Is there a Britains Natural Strongman with qualifiers, or is it a 1 off (the one Glen Danbury ran this summer?)
