Just looking at this again and trying to make proper achievable goals so I can plan my training for between Sept and New Year and then New Year and May. I think the following is definitely able to be achieved by New Year: 140k for 5 PP 150k for 5 jerk 270k for 5 wrapped squat 290k for 5 suited deadlift 155k log, 160k axle, 325k deadlift (likely suited) all for a single. | ||
