But with Ed, Hix, Lloyd, Ben etc it will not be easy for him. Based on one performance at strength tec he doesn't deserve to go to brits more than any of the guys who have had an invite up to now. | ||

Some of the things he's done in training recently have been super impressive and he's definitely good enough to deserve a spot. Just a shame he's had the year out so he has to work his way back up. For my money he would beat a number of guys doing the Brits. Saving grace is he's young, will have uk's later in the year and I'm sure he'll be there next year | ||

Did 7 reps(only needed that many as next was on 6 reps) 400kg Yoke 30 metres. Under 30 seconds(no drop apart from turn) 170kg Farmers walk 15 metres. Under 15 seconds(no drop) 80kg, 100kg, 120kg, 140kg block press medley. Did all 4 blocks in under 60 seconds. | ||

Only thing hes a bit lacking is fitness on loading but we're working on it | ||
