I do a fair bit of general grip training and have some fairly good numbers ( I think &#129300Wink

Doh 270kg
Doh 200kg x20 ( this wasn't fun )
Doh axle 210kg

Doh blue fat gripz 170kg
Doh orange fat gripz 140kg

Bw 137kg

I love a bit of grip stuff, always mixing it up in general strongman training

Currently at 210kg doh axle, 180kg doh axle x4
265kg doh oly, 200kg doh oly X11
Just tried blue fat gripz doh got 160kg, more there I think but it's tough

#3 -280lb - have managed to close on 3 separate occasions
#3.5 -322.5lb - different kettle of fish
#4 -365lb - tried it for a giggle , it moved about an inch and every bone in my hand made a cracking/popping noise lol

Don't recommend this for training grip at all though. Not found training to improve anything strongman related, or even the other grip lifts.

I find just doing the rolling thunder every so often is ok coz other grip training seems to carry over to that
