My squat might have actually been + or - a half kilo with the dodgy weights we had at the time.
I've never hit it since but have never tried.

Ah the old PB chart, When I first joined Sugden I was proudly sitting somewhere in the 80's, now it appears im mid 400's, need to up my game it seems. Although if we deleted all of the Col's Alias's I could probably pick up a few places.
Notice Master T is still sitting 16th, liked Master T he talked a lot of sense, don't think I've ever forgiven parts of the Sugden Massif for hounding him out.

I hope the rhino you curled was weighed accurately.

MasterT did briefly pop back in to tell me that I wouldn't be able to maintain my strength with 1 rep sessions. He turned out to be wrong there. Very knowlegdable chap though.

He claimed to be a strength coach who thought his lifts weren't that good. You think that's knowledgeable?

I suggest that you would be able to maintain your strength with 0 rep sessions.

To be honest, I can't remember that much about him. Some very strong people do play down their own lifts (e.g. Mark Clegg).

The people who round up the number are annoying.
For example; instead of listing 77.5kg they list 78kg....seriously!

Some people, such as weightlifts, use kilo weights, so they may just be putting what they actually used.

Potentially yes, you are correct. However, the cynic in me believes they may round up the numbers without using microplates to be ahead of the list of people achieving the same weight.

Yeah, I am being unfair. I don't have examples of members on here. As I mentioned I am being cynical with no justification rather a thought.

Mark Clegg will post videos of the lifts that he claims, AND has a competative history that he isn't cagey about. He also knows he's good, regardless of how he may appear to play lifts down. Master T claimed lifts that could medal at CW games and a front squat for example in excess of Karl Grant, Mark Clegg, Adam Travis in fact almost Del McQueen level, claimed to be a strength coach yet stated that his lifts weren't outstanding. The guy didn't make any sense for whatever reasons.
