Axle seated press, 91 x 3. 16/6 - Teesside strength classic Just a local car park comp to catch up with some friends and have a play. Hit a 140 clean and jerk on a very uneven surface which was fun. Did 20 reps on a car deadlift which was less fun. 18/6 Stretching Paused incline block press 60, 80 x 3 emom x 50. Think I've more or less figured out my intent for next year now so one silly little thing to tick off this weekend and then I'll start working towards that. | ||
