TRX rotator cuff exercises 5/5 emom x 3. Log press 74, Belt + wraps, 101 x 1 emom x 12. Wall ball slams 7 x 3 emom x 3. Box hops 3 to 16", 3 to 20" emom x 2. Nice session, things are moving pretty well, though I'm well overdue an hour or 3 with the physio. | ||

Physio booked for Friday so hopefully be moving much better by Sundays session on log. | ||

Just the bare minimum this morning to avoid having anything else fall off before I see the physio this afternoon. Pulls were easy enough but technically ugly as i was struggling to stay tight. On to heavier doubles next week | ||
