Very sloppy on stones, otherwise really happy with how the session went. 75kg DB was effortless despite not having my oly shoes or double ply sleeves.
A little gutted i still can't quite make 10m with the fat gripz but given how much others struggle with moving them I'm not too worried.

Used figure 8 straps on my front squats which annihilated my back and left me essentially unable to log. Hitting both exercises 3 times this week so maybe start with log next time!
