From the breif description youv given there id actually say you'd be better off reverse dieting out and starting another cut down the line or just introducing refeeds if you havnt already opposed to changing your entire approach. That said if you fancy and experiment give cbl a go n see how u get on for leaning up, let me know how u find it Happy

Well every so often I feel hungry as f**k for carbs so have loads of muesli/cereal at night. I noticed that I sometimes look leaner the next morning. Unlike if I have more carbs in the day in the form of bread for example. Then I look noticeably s**tter. That's what got me wondering about cbl.

Its probably food in your belly, like you are stuffed/bloated rather than eating the night before where itd be digested. ALso remember that salt causes water retention, a large carby meal is often a salty one.

Have a pwo shake containing 25g of carbs (or just an over ripe banana).

Then 30-40 mins later have a protein and fat meal.

Eat carbs as normal from around 19:00

On CBL what do you do after the 10 days prep?

Do you then just start CBL as per your training / non-training days or do you have a mad carb blow-out and then start?

Pretty much a perfect source of PWO carbs.

I'd want some fat in it as well if I was having as a snack later on, so some peanut or almond butter would be missed in Happy

As in 30 minutes post workout - beyond that fat is good
