I noticed that I sometimes look leaner the next morning. Unlike if I have more carbs in the day in the form of bread for example. Then I look noticeably s**tter. That's what got me wondering about cbl. | ||

Its probably food in your belly, like you are stuffed/bloated rather than eating the night before where itd be digested. ALso remember that salt causes water retention, a large carby meal is often a salty one. | ||
