I'm guessing you on about my crazy goals!!! lol! Yeah I should update it really!!! I'd only been training a couple of months when i wrote that and to say my knowledge was misguided is an understatement!!!!

I think its time for an update or a new journal?????? hmmmmmmmm

Starting a new journal is something some people do and others disagree with...

If you've reached a turning point or are at a stage or change then a new journal can highlight your short and medium term goals and help keep you in the chaotic path to the worlds strongest man

hahaha - they weren't very strict where they - that's why my strict is still only 105 cos i'm actually stricting now not dipping!!!

I had a look at king mong's origian; journal other day just to see what his training was like and if i was anywhere near hios numbers and the c**t had just doen a 140 strict press!!!! (the answer is no I'm not anywhere near!!! lol)

Dips 30 second rest period

BW x 10,10,10,10,10

Just about managed these reps... Triceps were very pumped

Lat Pull Down overhand grip, into the chest

75kg x 20

Pec Deck

50kg x 20,20,20

Dumbell Screw Curls

15kg x 15,15,15
