How did you do at esm mate?

8 weeks solid squattings... 235kg would be a solid improvement

Also just for future reference any increase in your squat should help your deadlift as it would appear to be the weaker of the two

That comes in phase 3 of plan! AN there are only 10 u105s stronger than me in england Tongue Wink Grin

I agree re deadlift going up as squat goes up as your right my inital part of pull is weak!

This feckin strongman shizzle is so adictive, i started last year as a bit of fun and wanted to get to a 220 dealdift and a 200 squat and do a couple of comps. Now I want world domination, its gone out of control now!!!!!EekEekEekEek

10 minute full body mobility exercises and dynamic stretches

Back and pelvic stablisers are very painful

Nothing new there though so we shall persiver... Will subside in the next few hours as I walk about I reckon then... bosh I'll wake up with a sore back!
