That program looks like one big bench and chest session followed by a light one to recover later on in the week

Also can see the assistance work which I would stick to

Having had a quick look it would appear that it is something I would react well from Happy

Looking at the numbers aswell I would like to slog this through hot 12 weeks I think as I can't see any daftness

I'd have to go it before I'd find any silly weeks and f**k it off as it looks okay for now

Will check out the other routine that has been pm'd to me and see which is better... But this looks fine and dandy

I'm almost certain that on the light day I need to do the bench and assistance... Don't think zumba or rowing is an ideal replacement

I like the look of the above program as highlighted earlier

However

I have also been sent this one for benching twice per week

I've already expressed my initial opinion on the formerly mentioned program but the dragondoor one appears at first light to be excessively light if I'm going to again draw initial conclusions based on observation

Maybe it's me...

Input is apprechiated... I think I will do one of these given my squats and deadlifts are nailed
