martin jones didnt ref the welsh.and there was no belt cleans in the welsh and as i said im guessing they not going to be allowed

If Mark doesn't mind me saying - There will be NO belt cleans. Belt cleans are for the lazy and untrained. Learn how to continental it or if possible power clean. This is a national comp and guys are a very high standard. I would be very surprised if athletes can't clean an axle.

I fail to see how a continental clean is any less lazy as its exactly the same just on your gut instead of a belt.
This should be a good comp, cracking line up.
