Well done guys, some top performances from all involved. Very pleased with my own efforts today, just 1 silly mistake on conans away from a perfect comp!

Really happy to retain my title in what, is most likely my last 105 comp on British soil.

I expected Dan to take the second qualification spot for worlds and he didn't disappoint, solid around performance. Valdas surprised a few (myself included) with a brilliant performance to take third, if he can sort out his deadlift and maybe put on a few kg he will be the one to beat next year.
I know Karl will be disappointed with how his day went, but he proved he was the strongest there in events 1 and 2! His 380kg dead looked so easy! I honestly think he can pull 400kg at 105!

Thanks to everyone involved in the setup and running of today; mark, k2 gym, terry, martin VOS cee and Martin Jones (I still don't agree with your no hitching malarky, but I do appreciate all your efforts today).

well ive finaly made it home!! today went ok for me with a few decent events was unhappy with my deadlifting, think i would of been good for 360 atleast with a hitch but s**t happens, always thought it was a bulls**t rule but i must admit it was called fairly so thats the most u can ask for!
i f**ked my back picking the yoke up so the next three events where just trying to do enough to finish second! think if i was healthy i would of done better but certainly wouldnt of caught ben! with yet again an exceptional performance all round.

was really impressed with valdas as many wrote him off afte the englands his stones where massively improved since then and he was wel deserved of the third place! hes a great kid with alot more to come.

as many know that was meant to be my last 105 but suppose ican stick around for one more comp, just have to find sponsor for worlds really but cross that bridge when i get the details!

A special mention thought to Ben, Dan and valdas for thier podium finish but I'd like to congratulate Karl for the very impressive deadlift.
