Trust me its not complicated or myself and Terry would have a tough time reffing. Goodluck to everyone and I'm sure it will be a great day. Just remember it will be a really hot day so ensure that everyone has plenty of fluids and even sun cream, we don't want anyone getting ill. For the guys that need to cut water weight this week you really need to be mindful of the Saturday weigh in and ensure that you have plenty of salty foods after with water to ensure that you are hydrated ready for Sunday. EDIT: thats with or without my "tren" beard haha furtunately im nothing like samson and have managed to keep my strength even after the dreaded shaving accident, like to think im that little bit quicker now if anything as im more aero dynamic haha | ||
