4th Place Antony Griffiths - 49 points
5th Place Mark Robertson - 42 points
6th Place Lewis Graddon - 42 Points
6th Place JC - 42 points
7th Place John Marzden - 40.5 points
8th Place Karl Grant - 32 points
9th Place John Rudgard - 30.5 points
10th Place John Pollock - 26 points
11th Place Danny Morgan - 25 points
12th Place Damien Turner - 23 Points


Right then guys please find below the full correct results. Sorry for any confusion caused but I was not party to the final assessment of the result, but I have now QA'd and adjusted. You will see that this does not reflect on the main positions and does include countback.

1st Place Ben Kelsey - 74 points
2nd Place Danny Cave - 60 points
3rd Place Valdes - 56.5 points
4th Place Antony Griffiths - 49 points
5th Place JC - 42 points
6th Place Mark Robertson (countback one 2nd place) - 41.5 points
7th Place Lewis Graddon (one 3rd place) - 41.5 Points
8th Place John Marzden - 40 points
9th Place Karl Grant - 32 points
10th Place John Rudgard - 30.5 points
11th Place John Pollock - 25.5 points
12th Place Dhanni Moar - 24.5 points
13th Place Damien Turner - 22.5 points

I haven't had time to upload the pics of the score sheets and to be honest they are very messy. If Mark would like to post them up please do so. Either that or put the break down on a spreadsheet.

Hope this clears a few things.

Yes, I got a message from Jyrki on Monday but had to wait for this announcement... the funding for the winner has been removed but the invites extended to 5th place and the prize money extended. I also think there will be an entry fee for competitors but do have the detail on this.

So Ben K loses out which is a real shame as he has worked hard and done/won everything asked of him... but the opportunity to compete and win prize money will open to more British guys.

I'm assuming someone who, say got banned from a lifting comp, and then succeeded at strongman?

I think that is right John, but presumably only if they are still serving the ban (I will find out more about this). This rule has always been there but its never come up before because the this is the first US International.
