But a gd sesh and a few Pbs deload next week. A have always squated with the bar as high as possible moved it down a couple of inches and seemed to handle a lot more weight.squats bar*20 60*10 80*8 100*8 120*7 Box squats 135*4 135*4 135*4 135*4 Squats 140*4 142.5*4 145*4 150*6 pb i think 160*6 Pb De is helping a lot raw 120*12 pb with and without belt Single leg extentions 3 sets of 10 full stack 15 reps full stack both legs lunges bar*20 each leg 20m stretching | ||
