started a low carb diet last two days so felt abit drained and hips were abit tight. But a gd sesh and a few Pbs deload next week. A have always squated with the bar as high as possible moved it down a couple of inches and seemed to handle a lot more weight.

yeh its going well mate always under 16 stone now 15.7 at lightest so 2 stone just need to add some cardio in and it should come together.
What are you doing to loose? are you just changing your diet, or are you upping intencity iswell

Slight diet change, and training plan, adding cross fit and circuits in aswell, hope to see you on the u90 circuit soon fella Happy
