Felt good untill we put 20kg on it lol. Good having a go on it. Wasnt a brilliant sesh tbh legs and back are f**ked cant handle training 4 times a week.

I wana try it,see how my arm is by weekend...lewis said u maybe training sat.I'm mite be up for that...try training 3 times a week.tue,thurs and sun..

Yeh my plan this week was tuesday, thursday, saterday. Get bored if i spend only 2 days in the week trainiing tho will have to chuck in a cardio day.

Sounds good,what u could also do,if u mis something core,calfs,bis jut for example,keep a day spare for that...wen back in full training(january) that's what I'm guna try out,3main days..and a day for things like tha

Been felling realy gd in previouse sessions got a few pbs but expected more.
