Member 2896, 722 posts SQ 202.5, BP 150, DL 260612.5 kgs @ 95kgs UnEq | Frist event was max deadlift starting at 180 crap one for me normally max dead 180, strait to 220 kept form alright new i had the next weight. 240pb by 10 felt like herculyz by this point lol. 260pb had to put effort in but got it with good form. 30kg 5th place over all Overhead medley axle 80, log 90, db 50/55 2 reps pulled my upper peck warming up on deadlift so wasnt looking forward to this. also havnt trained events for 4/5 weeks and log is usualy something i have hammer had abit of a slow start getting to the axle but flew up. log clean was good but lost abit of strength from right peck didnt get any leg drive slow rep. the db spent about 6 seconds doing 2 reps. second over all 240kg yoke 25m 1 drop and turn good event for me made it harder with the drop otherwise i think i would of won this. first leg ran it in like 4 seconds droped it turned had it sat i little wrong on my back rushing which gave me a little wobble at the beggining. this cost me first place 11.9. beat by point 4 of a second. 2nd place block 100kg farmers 100kg farmers are good for me seemed a little slow. block arkward thing to run with. bit of a contraversual stop watching had to have video replays. 2nd place Stone over yoke 80kg no tacky bit gutted it was so light never realy used one like this found it hard tbh. would of much prefered 100kg or heavy like the original event. 9 reps joint 5th i think cost me 2nd place. had my knee sleeves on wish i hadnt didnt help just made it harder. overall 3rd place | ||

Just too f**ked from max dead and comp week b4 TYRE 350KG*1 Failed second rep just haveing a mess about really. All in all decent sesh week after comp realy | ||
