Bwtx10x10 (100 reps) - 60 sec between sets


Blasted through this workout tonight. Think that 182.5 equals my close-grip PB. What with my 290 squat on Thursday, I'm on a bit of a roll this week. Deadlifts tomorrow. . . .

Decent workout. Nice and warm from bench before I started dipping. 125 was very hard. I could not have done six reps with 110, even if I'd tried it first, but I did just manage it with 80. Couldn't get a seventh though!
