Thanks guys. I'm a bit cut that I'm not going to get to do another comp in the UK before I go, but that's how it goes I guess.

All training now is aiming towards my next comp in June and qualifying for the Nationals. I need a massive 620 total, LOL.

Yeah there are 3 gyms with PL teams in my city.

It seems that there are only 2-3 good lifters in each weight division. There are a couple of guys totalling over 800 in the 125s, so I have no chance of winning anything, but it'll be good to lift in the Nationals.

Yeah my right elbow is actually hurting quite a bit now after those pulls.

It's usually the left that gives me grief from squatting & benching.

Man, today was not happening for me. Left some kit at home, so I needed to walk home and then back to the gym. Felt tired and sick. Elbow killing. Some dick in the cage, so I couldn't bench.

Terrible session. Haven't trained in over a week and I feel very detrained. Bar felt so unstable in my hands and on my back and the power wasn't there.
